The AIRH association initiated an innovative recruitment campaign for Paris airports aimed at informing about various airport professions and recruiting candidates for their job offers. This initiative was crucial in attracting qualified talents and raising awareness of unique professional opportunities within the airport industry.

Faced with a limited budget, the campaign couldn't rely on traditional visuals to meet its specific needs, particularly in terms of recruitment and representation of different airport professions. It was essential to find a creative solution to overcome these budget constraints while capturing the essence of the diverse and appealing roles within the airports.

To tackle this challenge, we first developed a scalable and harmonious graphic charter that reflected the codes of the airport industry. Then, to compensate for the lack of suitable visuals, we used artificial intelligence to generate portraits representing various job offers. These images, integrated into a web experience that included a landing page, an interactive questionnaire, and a presentation of the results, effectively highlighted the opportunities offered by the AIRH association in an innovative and effective way.
