Assets Suite Management

Amundi, Europe's largest asset manager, recognized the need to enhance its bank advisor platform, Amundi Suite. In a highly competitive market, the retail marketing team sought to revamp the platform which serves as a crucial tool for advisors to follow, distribute, and sell investment solutions. Despite its robust services and content, the Amundi Suite’s user experience was not living up to its potential, prompting the need for a redesign.

Studio Artefact 3000 was briefed to spearhead the platform's redesign, starting from user research to the delivery of key templates and a design system. The challenge was twofold: firstly, to establish effective co-creation and collaboration methods that better involved local marketing teams, and secondly, to design a white-label tool that provided the flexibility for local teams to adapt features and content to their specific market demands, all while ensuring a consistent and professional brand identity for Amundi Asset Management.

The Design Thinking approach using the double diamond method—discover, define, design, deliver—was employed with a strong focus on co-creation with end-users and clients. Services rendered included User Research, Workshops, Animation, User Experience (UX), Interface Design (UI), Prototyping, and Design System development. The outcome was a user-centric platform that not only addressed the local marketing teams' needs but also aligned with the global brand identity, delivering a flexible, intuitive, and coherent product that leveraged local marketing expertise and intelligence.
