Nirio
The project revolved around the Nirio payment application, a creation by the Française des Jeux group. Targeted at individual users, Nirio aimed to facilitate secure, intuitive financial transactions. In a dynamic market where user-centric design is crucial, the challenge was to keep Nirio adaptive and competitive, meeting evolving expectations.
We faced the task of revamping Nirio's user experience while preserving the essence of its existing MVP. The goal was to enhance the visual appeal and usability of the application without compromising its core features. The focus was on aligning the redesign with user needs, incorporating accessibility and efficiency, and introducing new features to augment engagement.
Our approach started with a comprehensive redesign of the visual interface, modernizing it to make the application more engaging and user-friendly. Concurrently, in-depth user research guided our decisions, leading to the creation of new, intuitive user flows. These flows were designed to streamline the user's interaction with the app, making it more intuitive and engaging. By integrating these enhancements, we successfully revitalized the mobile application for iOS and Android platforms. The outcome was an improved version of the MVP, now offering a refined user experience and expanded functionality.
